Mindworks designed and implemented an asynchronous distance learning course for teachers in 110 Georgian schools. Overall, up to 250 teacher and teacher trainers and 2000 students participated in a four-month course which utilized innovative approaches such as Microlearning, Flipped Classroom and Social Learning.

Preparation and Situation Overview
Overview of existing content and practices; Survey school to learn existing practices at schools; Interviews with New School Model program management and experts; Work with school IT support teams on ensuring infrastructure readiness

Content development
Video instructions for teachers. Localization of Tutorial World. Create/adopt Worlds in 5 different subjects. Create/adopt lessons plans for 5 different subjects. Instructions for assignments. Brief descriptions of MEC online courses.
Training module and teacher trainings
Creation of training module. Train 150 participant teachers
Implementation in schools
Coordination of teachers preparing learning activities for classroom implementation. Guiding teachers on creation and publishing (Teams shared folder, blog, social media) of learning resources describing ongoing practices. Regular online meetings with the teachers. Ongoing online support for teachers
Evaluation and Recommendations for scalability
Teachers survey for determining challenges and good practices during implementation. School leaders survey for determining their perspectives on the progress. Elaborattion of recommendations for scalable implementation.
